It's the biggest week of the sub3 RDA training plan, hitting 140 km 😃 who'd have thought 🤔 Months ago I questioned whether it's possible, now I'm here, it's easy 🤯 I shaved a few km off next week and added it to this week, with next weekend been the biggest VPLR of the block.

Feeling good, carrying my highest Vo2 score, and feeling I can still do more. Weight is the lowest of the year at 75.8kg (though I've been lighter before), there's more to drop.

Also this weeks training load has allowed me to add a couple extra carb meals 🍚 and maintain weight loss. No sessions missed, including the strength work too, though there is very little time left in the week to do anything else 🤣

Marathon training - It's sleep work run eat repeat 😴🤓🏃🍚 no time for anything else, but it's not forever ay !

Berlin is just 4 weeks out, I'm keen to get over there and give it a shot 💪

Before that it's the GNR, hope to see you there 😃
