Hello friends!! It’s been a long time since I posted here, so I wanted to say hi and update you on my travels and Youtube plans. . You might remember, over the last year or so, Archie and I have been roadtripping around the US. It’s been awesome in a lot of ways. We’ve seen beautiful shores, wild animals, epic sunsets, historical sites, national parks, and so much beauty that’s made me cry. . I’m so grateful for the journey we’ve had. I’m so grateful I took the leap to just try. It wasn’t the easiest choice, but I’ve learned a lot about myself and what’s really important to me. . Creativity is one of those things. Using my hands to make something from nothing. Falling into the flow, not realizing hours have passed. I knew creating was important to me, but holy hell yallI, I realized I need it like I need air to breathe. . When people find out I nomad, they always ask me what the biggest challenge is. They assume I’ll say “bathroom things”. Wrong. Not having a dedicated studio space has been my biggest challenge in nomad life. So much so, that I’ve decided Mr Doggo and I will be taking a break from full-time road life so I can focus on regaining my creative practice. . Right now we’re mostly stationary in California, with a studio space and only a couple of trips planned in the next several months. I am very excited for this part of my story and the opportunity to immerse myself in a creative practice again. Idk how long it will last or what will come next, but if I’ve learned anything the last couple of years, it’s that I can probably handle whatever comes my way. . All that to say, I’m hoping to start sharing creatively here on the channel again, but will likely ease into it. My priority is the Crafty Club, which is thriving and preparing for our 7th Annual Creepy Crafty Days. Come join us if you’d like, otherwise, I will see you here soon! . Thank you for all your support and patience as I figure out this crazy thing called Life. 🥰
