This song means so much to us so please excuse the long and soppy post - we wrote it about our experiences with depression it’s our own hopeful call to action for anyone struggling with their mental health to try and find the small moments of colour and magic in the everyday. It’s so easy to lose yourself in the monotony of Monday to Friday, nine to five, living for the weekend and we’ve all succumbed to it.
