I have recently added Movement Snacks and Micro Movements to my daily routines after watching your video about that topic. On top of it, I have Daily Battery program from GMB which is 8 min. Those are indeed little investments but make a huge difference in terms of how energetic I feel. Thanks guys!

immediately after wake up, I make a wim hof breathing session, one minute of holds; hollow body, side planks, superman, bird dog, plank and reverse plank, after that a cold shower. it takes me 40 min and it helps a lot!
