I need y’all to know I don’t talk as fast as it seems like I do on YouTube. I just talk to much for 60s blurbs. So I have to speed the videos up to fit them into the slots. Sorry.

@adibpg_geek

I listen to voice messages on 1.5x speed. My ADHD brain has fewer audio processing issues that way. Your video talking speed is just right.

No need to apologize, I actually love them sped up. Yours is one of the few videos I don't skip because my ADHD thinks most people talk too slow 😅

I'm so freaking proud of you!!! And as for you talking to an empty room, my 19 yr old was teasing me for talking to you like you could hear me. I've been crocheting for 37 years and I still make mistakes and call myself a dumbass and have to frog. But I LOVE crocheting during therapy, easier to discuss trauma while my brain is partially engaged elsewhere. You did fantastic!!!

Even if you did talk that fast in real life, there's no need to say sorry. When you talk You're understandable and not indistinguishable like some people. And I greatly appreciate that. So as the saying goes, "You keep doing You".

Oh hun, no need to apologize. As a woman with ADHD, I completely understand every word you say. Most of us naturally are fast talkers.

I love your videos. I'm learning to be a better mom because of the ideas you share.

I do speak that quickly most days. I'm from the east coast. It's a thing. The most important part of spoken communication is intelligibility. If I can understand you, you're doing just fine. Sometimes speed matters. Other times, it's the shape of the word that matters more. Changing a vowel or dropping a consonant or 2 can make your voice carry farther than it would otherwise. The point is, I don't mind at all. I can understand what you say and the intention behind it. You're good.

As non native speaker, I never noticed it was fast. Your message clear to me.

Don’t be sorry! It’s hard to fit everything into 60 seconds — I do believe YT is making it so that you can upload 3 minute shorts now!! I hope that helps :) I’ve always loved your content!!!

Tbh it saves time and helps a lot, especially with the ADHD fellows lol

I love your content, and I understand it's really hard to fit everything in. But as a non native speaker it's often really hard to follow what you are saying, especially without captions. So I (and many other people, including the deaf community) would really appreciate it if you would add them on every video. I know, it's even more work, but accessibility is so important! 🙌🏼 That would be so awesom

I prefer fast talking! I have my audiobooks set to 1.75 speed. I think it helps me retain information easier anyway since English speakers speak slowly to begin with. Sped up is much appreciated even if it's for a certain reason 🙂

@asliyase

There is no option to speed up youtube shorts so sometimes I feel my skin crawling with discomfort when watching them, even if they are only 60 seconds long. Yours are much appreciated.

You speak in your videos at the speed my brain processes (I may or may not also be accused of talking too fast), so I appreciate your videos working with my spicy brain. 🤣

I was wondering. Not bc I care or bc I can't keep up. I was impressed that you could ramble things off like that without getting tongue tied. Less impressed now but still lol
