Starting self-improvement feels pointless, working hard but see no change by the end of the day. It's the definiton of insanity...
But I was solving my Rubik’s Cube and realised, I scramble it just to solve it. At the end of the day, nothing changed. It started and ends solved. The real win is in the skill you quietly build. That's self improvement.
