Need help with back pain? We made a no-cost back pain-relief series. It has massages, stretches, and strengthening exercises for your back. Get it here: www.spreadwhealth.com/free-low-back-program

Back pain is the most common reason people join our online programs. It sucks. I struggled with back pain for 2 years after my disc herniation in 2013. Back then, I had a limiting mindset, was fearful of movement, and thought I was doomed. Here I am now doing things that I was told would never be possible… and I’ve taught thousands of others to do the same. - Andrew

The last slide is a hitter. Back pain is hard. Doing the work to overcome back pain is also hard. Choose your hard.

To pass by silently, not choosing, is easier than knowing that your consequences are from your own actions, an illusion of separation can rest in the idea that the consequences of inaction aren't yours to take responsibility for as deeply. Don't stagnate life in a hope to build an understanding to what is now dead. There can be excitement in all the terrible things one's "badluck" have saved them from. I had lower back pain from 2012 to 2022, it took 5 years of consistent efforts but I'm no longer a turtle stuck in a bed come morning or unable to simply bend over to pick things up because of channels like yours and the others who invest their time and studies into this. Many thanks dude

Don't waste your time with chiropractors. Any real benefit I've had in over 20 years of back pain is due to my own actions. Physio can be great but doctors can miss the bigger picture and might leave certain muscles/issues unaddressed. So if you've done physio and have not found it helpful don't give up, somethings may have been missed.
