ObesetoBeast

The past few months I’ve been a bit more locked in. Went from like 225lbs to 210ish lbs! No crazy changes, no tracking, just being more mindful and adding in a bit more movement. (Sorry about the nakedness) NO COMMENTS ABOUT MY SOCKS

@AshHikes

You've done an incredible job on yourself! I (woman) went from 215 to 155 and have some loose skin. I'm struggling to feel confident in my skin. But seeing you helps me realize it's gonna be okay! I've been continuing to intermittent fasting, work out, and eat clean keto. Just keeping on keeping on with a smile!

I went from over 300 lbs back in March, down to 195-200 lbs currently, and have my first half marathon coming up next month. Took intense work to get here, but so very worth it.

I need this post! It’s so important to understand that we aren’t always locked in to our fitness routine and goals, but we can always come back and really make a positive difference. For me fitness is a lifetime commitment and I have found that I’m not always engaged, but a bad month or few months doesn’t mean the END of fitness. As years progress I will continue to understand more and more that sometimes I’m not going to be at the top of fitness physically and mentally. But look at you! I’m so grateful that you share real life when it comes to fitness.

I think this is a powerful reminder that not all health/weight loss/work out wins are always going from a very high weight to a very low one (though I know you have those kind of comparisons). These are realistic photos that represent balance and hard work! So awesome

Currently 195 from 260, highest weight 313. I have some loose skin, but it doesn't inhibit my movement or cause skin to skin friction. Just so glad, I reduced in a healthy way, calore deficit, increased movement, high protein, low carb meals. I'll take this loose skin for the win !!! You look great and you're such an inspiration too many people. You have a good spirit, and you really want to help people. This 57 year old granny of 8 really thinks you're a cool cat !

I actually love the socks. They look like Vans, but in sock form. (You look good too.)

Thanks for all the inspiration you give King 👑 You’ve helped me accept my loose skin as a reminder not just for the weight I lost but for everything I’ve gained too! Whatever you set out to achieve next, you deserve the best of luck in life

Right on! I have 45lbs to lose after having 2 kids in 3 years. My second son just turned 3 months. I had c sections and have a bulge at the site. Or as my children's father calls it a,"gunt." Gut + c**t. Hence why he is my ex. I'm self conscious about it now though. This is awesome! You look amazing and makes me feel more comfortable in my own skin, in general.
