Prepare your room and the video before you leave the house to go for your walk.

Aim to walk for a **minimum of 15 minutes** โ€“ this serves as your warm-up. Start slow, build your pace and include hills, steps and brisk sections. Work towards an **RPE of 10โ€“12** so you know youโ€™re exercising and your muscles are warm.

When you get home, start the video straight away to move into the exercise section. Keep your **weights and water** close by for easy access.



If you canโ€™t go for a walk, please use another warm-up video first so youโ€™re ready to join this class.
