Problem is... Who the heck can make me straight surround (Edge)??

Best way for diy is 3d print directly or, 3d print a mold, or cnc an injection mold. I've been trying to make mini subs, but atm I can't even buy a dozen eggs a week 😫

Instead of putting 2 speakers joined to the rectangle you can make a big speaker in 1. You might need a big coil and a very flexible suspension

I think you could connect the straight sections of the surround using a piece of bicycle tube and some E6000. Just glue it on from the underside as if it's a patch.

Not trying to burst your bubble but that looks like a gimmick imo. That's going to sound like a giant 6x9. Which don't really sound that good anyhow. There's a reason most high quality speakers and pizzas are round/circular.
