Hungry Goriya

At the end of my latest video, I asked which one of the following four games you'd most like to see a review on. I plan to review them all eventually, but this will help me prioritize one over the others.

After my futile efforts to tally your choices from the comments section, I figured it might be easier to make a proper poll here instead. Let me know what you'd like to see most!

Also, thanks for all your thoughtful comments and wholesome discussion on the latest video!

@partridgestorm

We need more people to talk about The Magic of Scherazade. I enjoy all of the games listed, but honestly there are three listed that don't need any more coverage. You're different, Magic of Scherazade is different, I think a review from you about this game is what the world needs.

@rawrharhar

If you do Scheherazade the fair justice that you gave Brandish, that's definitely the one to pick.

Lol. I picked Immortal, because I'm fascinated by people who can play this isometric games. I couldn't get anywhere in that game and it looks so cool!

All of these are top tier. So were the first 9. Love your stuff. Nice work, dude.

Crystalis for sure.. absolutely legendary NES classic. Yes there have been lots of reviews over the years. But as fans of you and your channel. We look forward to your great enthusiasm and genuine passion for the games showed in your reviews! Not to mention I would guess Crystalis is your favorite of the bunch!

My vote goes to The Magic of Scheherazade. It was the most interesting Culture Brain game on the NES. Most stuff they made were Hiryuu no Ken/Super Chinese games, this was a one-off. MoS was really forward-looking back when it came out, few Zelda-likes have this many elements. StarTropics and Crystalis are fun too (and I believe they're considerably more well-known in the West), but I feel like MoS should get some love for sure, especially seeing how unique it was back when it came out! I fell like you'd probably like StarTropics the most out of these, but hey, there's always another day. ; )

Magic of Scheherazade all the way! My dad purchased that game for me after I got a good report card from school. I didn’t think it was gonna be any good, and it wasn’t good. It was AMAZING!

I loved StarTropics!

@Dracalis

Of those four, the only one I've beaten is StarTropics. While I hope to someday see you test your island courage, I voted for The Magic of Scheherazade. That game is like if Zelda and Dragon Quest had a baby, with an Arabian setting. It's unique. I never hear anyone talk about it, and I think you'd do it justice. (I hope you'll review all four eventually!)

@gagadreams

Wow what a close poll! Crystalis would be awesome to see, the ending is so unexpected and bazaar, makes the whole game worth playing!

All are impressive games for different reasons. I like them all.

@Filthnails

Yay! Go Scheherazade! I like the other games, but I feel like Star Tropics is very well known by comparison and MoS is more of a hidden gem to be discussed.

Startropics was a childhood game of mine. Loved it! I still have the letter somewhere around here....

This poll is the biggest and best dilemma I’ve faced today! I’ve played all four of them, finished two, and lost one save file on a third ;) I want a fair assessment of The Immortal in order to convince myself to revisit it. If anyone can persuade me, you are the one!

Magic Of Scheherazade for sure. A very odd but fascinating game, and I don’t think I’ve heard a soul talk about it.

Crystalis FTW. It was such a great game

Magic of Scheherazade. Startropics and Crystalis have already been pretty well covered in detail by several other youtubers. There is very little coverage of Magic of Scheherazade, which is a sad fact because it is a VERY underrated Action RPG, with a lot of unique features, time travel, and an Arabian Nights setting.

@garou1911

I'd look forward to hearing your experiences with any of these, they're a great selection to choose from. I went Startropics because they really went for an entirely different take on the action RPG, it's a unique experience that I can't think of any other games replicating

@CurlyFromTheSwirly

Oh my, I rented Scherazad and really liked it. It was however unfairly difficult at times...I specifically remember the Salamander was nigh unbeatable. I loved the 3 types of battle modes. 1) Standard hack n slash while moving 2) Turn based rpg, which added allies 3) A hybrid of the others for boss battles
