Definitely Summer. Always feel more energised and motivated with long days and sunshine. Winter always feels like I’m dragging myself through.

I live in a tropical country, it's always summer for me, with the exception of heavy rainfall, I actually kinda like those days but the problem is my clothes (usually trousers) get wet and that's a problem if it's in the middle of a work day. Haven't really tried the other seasons yet, but I'm sure would be fun.

It's cool and not too dry here in autumn, which is when I love doing cardio outdoors

Spring and Fall are best for outdoor training, but the Winter grind is glorious for the motivation and recovery benefits of the cold

Autumn. Summer. Winter. Spring. Long ago, the four season lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the winter season attacked. Only the Hybrid athlete, master of all four seasons, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished.

Fall is the best, nice comfortable weather, some cool days, and some cold. The worst is hands down summer, it’s miserable to be outside or without ac.

Whichever season it is now! But probably summer least of all because I'm ALREADY sweating hot. Though winter is harder to motivate to do exercise outdoors here in Canada.
