John Fitzgerald Kennedy said that in Berlin on 1963.

JFK'S speech writer, I've always hated when people go down in history for great lines as if they wrote them themselves

It's a quote from Schultz Douseldopf the 1960's pro wrestler after losing a 1962 title match to Haystack Calhoun. After the match the German news media asked him how he felt, and he said his balls are swollen and they itch! But...something was lost in the translation.

I want to know the nationality, age and education of the 24% who didn't vote Kennedy.

Its even funnier because the vast majority got it wrong. Needed an executive transvestite to help us out while wondering if he left the gas on.

At present 25% got it wrong! I weep for this generation (actually the last two generations).

Apparently it means "i am a doughnut!" A "Berliner" was a local doughnut! Lol

I'm an Australian and even I know Kennedy said those words, is your own history even relevant anymore America?

Proper High German would be, "Ich bin einen Berliner." Berliner is the direct object of a masculine noun and thus the "en" added to the indefinite determiner ein.
