Depression is not an easy battle to fight. But for what it's worth, I'll be cheering you on. I know how tough it is to deal with firsthand, so I'll be rooting for you to get through it, in whatever way that looks like for you.

Mental Health Definitely comes first sometimes what you need is just a day to step away. I can’t and won’t claim I know what a severe depressive episode is like, but I know that in all creativity there has to be a point where you allow yourself to breathe. Then the ideas are gonna flow like magic.

Honestly, same man. Hopefully, you get out of this funk you're in faster than I do. If you keep thinking that nothing you do is good enough, just know that you're one of the most talented artists, content creators, and people I've ever met. I'll always look forward to whatever you do regardless of quality, and I'll always take pleasure in giving my support. For now, though, if you need to just sit on a park bench, look at some pigeons, and listen to "Seabird" by the Alessi Brothers

Take all the time you need and don’t feel pressured to come back quickly. Quality over quantity. You’re more than strong enough to handle this, we all believe in you. Also, don’t let imposter syndrome get you, you and you’re work is amazing and has inspired me through my own art journey. I truly believe in you and your abilities, and I hope that’s means at least a little bit to you.

It’s ok! Just because it’s taking a bit doesn’t mean it won’t be appreciated. Let your own health come first, and I hope you depression gets better/subsides.

Hey, in case things don't go well again... you can take a break again... I don't mind if you take another month break. Just take your time.

Best wishes, and good luck 🍀 Sometimes taking a break and slowing down is a great cure, but sometimes it works better to change things up for yourself: sleeping over at a friend or family member's place, a hotel, spending a day or some days in a different environment, away from work and your usual routine, going on a long hike or visiting an aquarium or something . It can be really difficult, it would be so much nicer if our brains would just tell us what to do so we can feel better again..! I feel like depression is dealing a lot of punches to a lot of people lately... Tomorrow will come, and I hope to see you all again then

I hope you're able to teach a synthesis, or at least a catharsis, in therapy. While you're having a rough go of it (depression is such an abusive fake friend), just know that while it may want you to give up, you contribute so much positivity in the art space with your introspective and thoughtful commentary. We believe in you and take as much time and effort as you need to recover!!

Never apologise for hitting a wall. And especially don’t force yourself to push out something that you don’t feel proud of, you’ve done amazing for your channel these past few years but that doesn’t meant you can’t have bad days. I hope you can get through this, take it easy ok? 🫂

Hi folks,
I was hoping to get a video out to you all this week, but unfortunately, despite having multiple scripts in the works, not a single one is finished, much less recorded because my brain is working against me.
I'm fighting probably the worst depressive episode in quite some time, and it's impacting how i feel about everything i make - nothing feels good enough, everything is lacking, people are waiting on things from me that im struggling to believe I can even deliver.
I thought taking a break last month would help, but somehow, everything seems to have gotten worse. I'll keep trying, and we'll see about next week instead.
