For a while now I've been rolling out the red carpet for each client that I've helped to purchase a home.
This time I got to roll it out for myself 😄
It felt so awkward and I literally told my wife lets finish this quickly so that the neighbors don't see it 😅
But it was really worth it to capture this moment, a step that I've taken to further my progress in Real Estate Investing and to give myself more choices in my future.
While it's become very clear to me that simply focusing on improving my investments without a connection to meaning and purpose in life leads to an unfulfilled life. I'm still taking in the moment and giving myself a little pat on the back for purchasing another rental property.
This is actually the 10th investment property that I've purchased in the past 8 years. I've since sold off a few partnerships and have put my focus on trying to buy more rentals without partners which has gone a long way to simplify my investing and my life.
