Treat yourself to healthy brownies! No guilt, really high fiber and protein! Just prepare your favorite brownie recipe, then purée a quart of cooked lentils and add that to your batter. Then cook 2 cups of oatmeal and one cup of oat bran in milk and add that in to the brownie mixture. Finally, add one cup of chocolate chips and bake! Truly delicious and indulgent and super healthy for breakfast, dessert, or a power snack!
