Why is the police even chasing her and hey, isn't that the guy from Twin Peaks? Well, to get your answers to these questions I guess you'll just have to watch "The Hidden" from 1987. And underrated (in my opinion) sci-fi action movie with some really cool and momorable scenes in it.
