Cannabis. Adhd adult. Had it all my life and going to sleep is so hard. Once I found out what a puff of an indica can do, it was all over. Highly recommend for any other ADHD people

Your Indian background flute music. Every time I lay down and listen to, it. It always feels like I'm suddenly on a raft, drifting through the mangroves, and little beams of sunlight between the leaves of the trees, hitting my face. It's one that, instantly stops, the mind traffic. 🧘♂️🧘

I have a system that becomes addicted to certain things if such makes me go to sleep. With that, I will stick to ambient music to calm myself to peace in order to help introduce sleep.
