Did you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ears are viewed the “mini body map”? They are home to dozens of acupressure points connected to every organ network and energy system in the body — including the brain.

Today’s on the August Calendar, we have a short but powerful 5 minute routine to boost brain power 🧠🌿

This gentle practice includes massaging the face, head and ears to:
✅ Improve lymph circulation (bye bye puffiness!)
✅ Relieve head tension and mild headache
✅ Boost mental clarity and concentration

In Qigong, the head is known as the body’s “command center” and also the most Yang place in the body. This means it naturally holds a lot of energy and activity. By gently stimulating the energy channels and pressure points on the face, head, and ears, we can awaken the brain while also keeping it cool, preventing from overheating!
