Mafia 1 really makes you feel like you’re in a gangster movie. Probably one of my favourite platinum experiences this year

For me it’s mafia 2, by far. The amount of details in the world, the atmosphere, the way npcs interact, it’s all so immersive… and then there’s the story, and the unforgettable characters… absolute cinema. I really like the way the story is told in Mafia 1 DE, but in general I fell like its characters are more forgettable, and the world lacks the attention seen in Mafia 2 - still they’re both great games! I still need to play the new Mafia game, hopefully it’s good, people seem really divided on that one.

1 and 2 have the best authentic vibes. The setting, dialogue, characters and cutscenes are on point. Average game play. 3 is an average story with average game play but a great setting and an incredible soundtrack. Old country is very satisfying and grounded. Amazing setting and good characters complement a nice, tight story.
