Hungry Fatchick

Masaru Emoto performed experiments on water to prove how words can either positively or negatively affect water when it's frozen. Words like "I love you" or "Thank you", when spoken to the water, create beautiful patterns in the water crystals when frozen. While negative words like "I hate you" or "You're ugly" create deformed and asymmetrical patterns in the crystals. Not only do words affect the water, but thoughts do as well. The average human body is made up of 60% water. Imagine how your words and thoughts affect your body.
Now take this quote from Marilyn Jenett about how the subconscious mind has no conception of consciousness. When you speak negatively about others, to the subconscious mind, it just seems like you're speaking about yourself. What kind of effect are these words and thoughts having on your own body?
