I had to Google it there ....I recently was on a trial in the UK called TRICEPS; it is a wearable ear piece that stimulates the vagus nerve. I wore it for an hour a day doing rehab work. However the first few weeks I felt dizzy so wasn't using the stimulation but for the 2nd part roughly 6-7 weeks I wore it. It's a double blind study so I'm not sure if I had the 'actual' vagus nerve stimulation or not. From my own experience and comments from my OT she thinks I work hard all the time on my arm and hand.... Again as stroke survivors do we ever feel we're doing 'enough'?..... I can't say I really noticed a difference because as I say I work hard on my own to improve shoulder range of rotation, grasping, eating etc..... but like you I'd be interested to see comments on this....how long does someone wear or have it switched on for etc. ....Sorry for long reply! 😊

There is not a lot of information on Vivistim online from users that have had the technology installed.
I would very much appreciate it if you have used Vivistim and can she some light on the effectiveness or otherwise of the product.
