Don't try to talk any different than your regular voice, pace, and tone. I find it's more comforting that way rather than performative ππ talking about the normality of anxiety, the symptoms, etc, and how feeling them is okay would be great. I find when I'm anxious, being reminded of how I'm not alone, that all the symptoms are okay, and that it's normal to fear them, but the fears aren't truth really help

Lately mine has been with breathing when Iβm about to fall asleep because then I notice that I start breathing slower leading to a health anxiety scare.

For me, being sleepy feels like I'm losing control, which is my greatest fear. Sleepiness makes my thinking and reasoning seem slow and I feel like something is wrong, like I'm losing control or like I'm having a stroke. I think it's good to add something about that losing control and feeling that the thoughts are slow is natural and not dangerous. Thanks for your amazing talk downs!

How can we confirm that our ectopics are caused by anxiety ? I have done ecg ,echo which were normal and holter showed ectopic beats but cardio said it's fine
