Heya! I am sure that you probably saw this in the news in the past days, but many shipping carriers all over the world have stopped shipping parcels to the United States. As a result of the uncertainity surrounding this, Deluxe editions of my CD albums (ElasticStage) can no longer be sold and shipped to US customers (this is why US shipping is set to $200).
However, the Standard editions are still available to US customers, since they are made there (Kunaki). I'll see if I can add them as standalone products on my Bandcamp merch page, but for now you can buy any disc at kunaki.com/msales.asp?PublisherId=147037&pp=1 and there are three bundles available on Bandcamp:
