Accented Cinema

In this 69th (nice) edition of Patreon bonus video, we are talking about one of the most ball busting action movies of the 80s: RoboCop.
Despite having no good sequels, remakes, and very few good spin-offs, RoboCop continues to be a big part of our pop culture. In this video, I'll share my thoughts on why that is.

@araturi5

It is quite a fast paced movie. There is not even an unnecessary drag in the movie. You won't feel bored at any time. Good critique on Capitalism.

Bad Movie Bible was talking about Robocop in his most recent video, with the same words you wrote here (bad sequels, etc). Maybe it's a universal notion

@mohitanand1844

it was peak action cinema . Had a very strong emotional core and it worked . The sequel was good but original was potent stuff

The combination of practical and cgi special effects will never be topped again. The effects nowadays are way too computerized and terrible in quality. Make this make sense.
