Only one thing left to do, move to Alberta and vote to separate from Ottawa

Today, we mourn our loss for all who love Canada. I don't know how deal with people who treated this like a hockey game, those CBC viewers who think they're more virtuous and smarter than the rest of us. Anyone who doesn't realize the gravity of what they have done to their children, grandchildren, and now, themselves, for a Rah Rah, We win moment is Shameful. Thank you to everyone who voted, and those who worked So hard for Pierre and his Conservative candidates. I'm sick about this.

As far as I am concerned, last night was an IQ test for Canada. Also, how a repeat criminal can have the right to vote, and it be given the same weight as my tax paying vote, is beyond me.

Thank you Jasmine, Pleb, David from Moose on the Loose and others like you for all your hard work 🤷🏼♂️ we tried. For the gullible Canadians who didn’t do your homework, the next 4 years are on you. Life’s too short, politically educated yourselves to avoid any set backs like this. Today was supposed to be a day of celebration but feels more like a funeral. Sad day for Cana

If they couldn't see it after 3 terms. I'm left to wonder if they ever will Problem is we all have to suffer the consequences of these fools. Re the voters. Not the criminals in power.

I cannot for the life of me understand how people were so disappointed with Trudeau that they went on to elect one of his closest former advisors, a person who hasn’t even been living in Canada, had formerly rejected offers for a cabinet seat but was more than happy to be handed the top spot, someone who has still yet to be clear about their financial dealings, ties to China, ties to foreign pipeline investments (while opposing pipeline infrastructure in Canada) and strong ties to the WEF. I cannot for the life of me understand how so many Canadians were willingly fooled. I cannot for the life of me understand how there was so much support for the Conservatives not 3 or 4 months ago and now we have another 4 years after a decade of failed Liberal leadership. I am personally devastated, but it’s nice to hear a positive perspective. All we can hope for now is that as a minority government, they may collapse at some point during the term or that there is at least enough opposition in Parliament to push back against the radical agenda and ideologies. I don’t think I can muster any sympathy for those who will see very soon what their vote has wrought upon us. Oh and, say goodbye to the lower gas prices, that was a vote buying scheme - that carbon tax is coming right back and will come back even harder.

I will never understand the utter stupidity of the Canadians that voted for more tyranny. It is a sad day for our country.

The most disappointing part is Pierre and his family fought so hard for us and he lost his seat in his riding 😢

This is a terrible outcome for Canada and will be made worse when Alberta goes independent.

This govt will fall real quick .. Pierre did great 41.7% of the vote is a record.. let him move back west to his roots .. AB Seperatism spiked now but Pierre deserves more.. he upped the seat count to 145 and got over 40% popular vote.. incremental steps he wildly over performed .. thank you Pierre .. Don’t forget how incredible he is on the floor of the house.. this session is gonna be wild.. bring on the byelection for Pierre to get a seat back .. the ultimate underdog .. merci pierre

My girlfriend is now crying realizing that we will never be able to afford to have children. We are barely scrapping by as it is and that is about to get much worse.

Whatever pride I had in this country vanished last night.

As an Ontario voter, I can see why Alberta is pissed! These elections are ALREADY decided by the time it gets to the Ont/ Man border. If that happened to Ontario, we’d feel the same way- no say in govt but forced to hand over billions a year in transfers.

This is not defeat, we gained seats and removed the NDP linchpin. Yes it's not what we all wanted, but it's the whole country, not our vision of it. Keep positive, and keep pushing. They will crack and break. This cannot last. HOLD THE LINE

I remember in 1995 when Quebec had a referendum, I thought, why would they want to leave? If Alberta has a referendum, I know exactly why they would want to leave!

I started the day in anger. I railed away at ignorant Canadians in my head. My anger turned to regret. I regretted moving back to Canada last fall when it appeared a Conservative sweep would be likely. My regret turned to acceptance as I cannot change what has happened. Now my acceptance of a bad situation has become hope that Canadians will get to see the result of their decision and, as much as the next term is going to be catastrophic to Canada and Canadians’ well being, it seems to be necessary. Our return to Canada was strategic and we will be fine but many will fall further towards and into poverty, will succumb to drugs and violence supported by the government, will have their income devalued further and punitively taxed harder, will lose equity in their homes, lose freedoms of choice that they aren’t even aware they had until they are gone. I am sad for Canada and hope that Canadians see the result of their action soon enough for a change of heart and a quick turnaround before it is too late. Welcome to the quasi democratic socialist state of Canada.

I just feel heartbroken for Pierre he deserves this more than anyone! And he loses his riding by 3,793 votes…… right there something isn’t right all through Carleton was Pierre signs and everyone pleb talked to were voting Pierre and everyone they knew, there wasn’t any fanjoy signs in Carleton! And those 90 names on the ballot some got 40+ votes who votes for someone who isn’t winning and you don’t even know! Those names they don’t door knock there an election Canada protest group! And cbc, CTV, global called liberals the winners when polls in Toronto areas weren’t even starting to count yet! But we all know there won’t be an investigation

Jasmin Laine
The thing I’m most disappointed by is that we were so close to cracking down on crime…
so close to being able to afford to buy a home…
So close to stopping drugs…
So close to having more money…
But instead the machine worked to create fear, and Canadians voted for:
More taxes.
Less transparency.
More bureaucracy.
More regulations.
Less freedom.
More suffering.
More censorship.
They will celebrate now, they will be excited with cruelty in the comment sections, more division and more smears. But they will realize what they did and they will feel it sooner than later. This is phase 1 of change.
Now is not the time to shut down in defeat. In the battle of good and evil, good always wins… it just doesn’t feel like it at first because it takes a longer journey to get there.
