Really want an AI agent to help me edit my AI images in photoshop.

I had an agent connected to my Instagram (who'd act like my character Tera-byte), who could write messages and comment replies to people automatically, filter them etc, was aware of all the posts on the page, was just overall really smart and cool. I had to shut it down a couple months ago and am currently working on rebuilding it using open-source tools (because I was using closed-source stuff before). I'd love some advice on how I could do that, and how I could host it online to keep it running forever, hopefully for free or an affordable price.
