I saw a video a few yrs ago where beer was made using open fermentation and a log for natural born yeast.

One that Brulosophy has done, but I think could use further research, is “slow cold crashing. Lower the temp of your finished beer by 3C every 12 hours rather than a fast, all-at-once cold crash and your head foam will stick around for way longer. I’ve done this on every brew since they put that video out

I’ve seen adding a penny to a sulfur bomb beer cleans it up immediately, but afraid to try myself. Would gladly let you be the guinea pig 😆

I'd love to see more of the effects of bad water vs RO/Distilled. I've been fighting (i think) bad water at a new apartment and the Spring water here is all insanely high in HCO3.
