Dr. Artem, you have a gifted brain made by a High Being. You're incredible. I hope you live healthy and as many years as Darwin's turtle! You're a G! And l love your topics and teachings. God bless you!

This is an awesome news! I've always been fascinated by the extreme quality of both your storytelling and animations!

Could you talk just about the software you use in general? It reminds of the style of 3blue1brown for the math sections, but the neuroscience animations are amazing.

I am a little late in this, but first, just wanna congratulate you Artem on your amazing videos! If I may ask some recommendations for modeling the human brain and its divisions, would you recommend brainrender (the python package) or just plain blender? If so blender, then what model would/do you use? Is there any model available for the white matter tracts in isolation? Or one with the Brodmann areas? More specifically, if someone were to try to animate the Wernicke-Geschwinde model of language processing, which path would you recommend they take? Sorry for the barrage of questions, feel free to ignore them if you wish, these are very specific recommendations hahaha. In any way, once again, just wanna thank you for your incredible videos! They are one of the best content on this platform.👏

Finally, I want to create something and love your visualization, in interested in the style and what do you use for enrich the animations with colours and more, a long video or even a live would be nice. Your work is astonishing and inspired me more than I was just into this field. Later I will leave the part that I enjoyed the most but was probably when you explained the criticality.

Wow! I just want to see how you animate a pyramidal neuron's firing patterns from the dendrite to the soma. Keep up the great content 👍

I would really like to know about background light (is it just static picture?) blur and random little motion of objects I think, they are the details that make your animations even cooler than 3b1b's)

I don't have any particular video in mind but I think I'd be curious to know how you generate your arts and apply animations on it. E.g., how you generate the neurons and the apply gradient effects on it.

🔥I was fascinated by the visualization of neural excitation in "Dendrites: Why Biological Neurons are Deep Neural Networks?" at 03:43 and beyond. ✨It would be really cool if you're explain the model itself, the process of the data extraction (what kind of the software or packages do you use), and how it become a marvelous animation :

How does the prefrontal cortex work. How can it be modeled in an ml model

How do you find relevant research papers related to neuron structure. I was trying to find how the neuronal connection of us differ from that of other animals in structure and couldn't find this simple thing anywhere and I know we are lots of magnitude above it but still where could that information be?

What about computational models of other brain parts? Can we recreate them too like you did with hippocampus?

12:18 in https://youtu.be/C00IR4IVRkg I would like to know how you handle volumetrics and how you make parte of It glow and change color.

📢 Hi everyone!
I've got some exciting news to share with you all!!
Many of you have asked me about the software and approaches I use to create my animations. I decided to address this popular demand in detail and make a dedicated video with a breakdown of some animations from my previous videos! 🎬🔥
I want to make sure I cover the animations that resonated with you the most. So, I need your help!
Leave a comment below with the name of the video and the time code of the animation you want me to analyze. It could be a 3D scene, a simulation, graphs & formulas or a visual effect. Your choice! 💥
I'll carefully review your comments and select some of the most requested and interesting animations to feature in the video. We'll explore the software and techniques behind each piece together! 🎥🔍
I really appreciate your support, and I'm excited to share this information with you. Stay tuned!
Sincerely yours,
artem ❤️
