I take the fat soluble form, benfotiamine, every day, along with a B complex. It wakes up my brain! I look forward to your video on this topic.😊

I’ve been having insanely painful calf cramps and nothing seems to help. I’ve tried high dose magnesium and salt. Could it be infection related or maybe Rabdomyolysis? I’m not sure. Any suggestions?

Dr. Darren Schmidt, DC
The MVX lab panel (Metabolic Vulnerability Index) is the best test to measure longevity.
3 of the 6 components are amino acids: valine, leucine, and isoleucine.
The status of those 3 amino acids are directly dependent on Vitamin B1.
I think Vitamin B1 is the single most important nutrient for humans.
I have videos coming on B1.
