I just finished the STF V and now I’m gonna put Sydney on hold. I’m 65 young and have been following Sydney for probably 6 years. I love her but my joints don’t want to corporate like they used to. Thank you Sydney for your dedication and training. You are awesome!

I am on day 55 on the STF program I have had a knee replacement and a hand operation in the last year so I am a bit behind While my hand was getting better I was doing legs and glutes and abs so when I went back to bike riding my legs were strong that’s to your wonderful workouts I love your workouts so good My husband just bought me a bigger tv so I can do your workouts I am 63 and will still keep doing them until I can’t I just love you and your family are beautiful Thanks again from Brisbane Australia 💜❤️💙💜

Finished STF 2021 a couple weeks ago...which was awesome! It was fun doing the old 6x/wk workouts and stretching. Doing the PUMP series now. So excited to do this new program when I am done with that one! Feeling so strong❤TY Sydney!
