I love deadlifting and I‘m always doing it in the offseason but currently it‘s in the middle of my season so I‘m focussing on Bench, Squat, Hang Cleans

All these kids here in the comments thinking Deadlifting or Squatting will kill you by 50. Dafuq. Pay attention to your form, do not go overboard with weights and listen to your body. Fun fact: when I was younger I had chronic back pain. I walked around looking like Quasimodo with my rounded back because of the pain after playing Tennis. Went to see a doctor. He said: imbalance. What did I have to work on? Right, my back muslces. What did I do? Right. Deadlifts wand Barbell Rows. Fast forward like a few months and I have never had any problems with my back again. Still dont have any and I deadlift. Tom Platz is almost 70 years old and trained Legs so f'in heavy, you'd start sweating blood if you had to do the same. And he STILL is a strong man. if you dont want to squat or deadlift, thats completely fine. But dont go around and tell shit like "you'll be disabled by 50" or "its bad for you".

I did up to 150kg and then i said nope nothing for me, i also dont squad. I personally dont want to put so much pressure und my body i mean i weigh 75kg and lifted up 150kg that aint right chief. Many bodybuilder swear on the squad and deadlift and most powerlifters made these two exercises 2/3 of their training but i dont and thats fine
