I just had a baby three months ago… a decade after my first. This one was a surprise. :). The biggest thing that helps me with breastfeeding - reminding myself that is is natural and I shouldn’t feel embarrassed when I have to do it around anyone else as long as I’m decent about it of course. These days it feels much more difficult to breastfeed out and about. It’s sad that we accommodate so many newly respected practices today, but one of the most primal actions as mothers has almost no support publicly.

Let's Talk Babywearing
The two things that made my nursing journey more accessible... Learning to nurse in a carrier and having a few key clothing items that made it easy! What helped you?
And of course having support and education behind it- but these were two practical, day to day things that helped.
