Let's motivate one another to stay healthy and fit as we get older. At 63, I have found a way to maintain your weight in a fun, easy and sustainable way. I do exercise regularly and I just thought I'd share the idea of creating a motivating force: That is, to create memories of your health journey.
Here's what I have: I'm saving all of my gym wristbands. Everytime I use the gym, I am given a wristband and it's different every day. By the end of this year, I wonder what I could make out of all of these?
