Take it from someone who did do this.It's not a good idea. I would say work on your pull ups first. If you can do ten body weight , pull ups , then you can go for this type of bench number. If you don't , you will overdevelop your anterior dell points and chest and you will give yourself severe shoulder impingement. Take it from someone who knows.
