#BREAKING: Seven Israeli hostages have been handed over by Hamas and are now being transferred out of Gaza by the Red Cross after 737 days.
Another 13 are expected to follow in the coming hours.
Israel Defense Forces said in a statement, "According to information provided by the Red Cross, seven hostages have been transferred into their custody, and are on their way to IDF and ISA forces in the Gaza Strip. The IDF is prepared to receive additional hostages who are expected to be transferred to the Red Cross later on."
The release comes as the US President is just moments away from touching down in Israel.
