I'll be commissionning an artist to rebrand my emotes on Twitch to mark my birthday this year! I've been wanting to do this for a while and it will be quite pricey. So I was thinking about doing something I've been wanting for a while.
You see, having a marathon on platforms such as Youtube or Twitch has always been a silly little dream of mine. It is mostly because I like the sound of "JonYa-Thon" (for those who are not familiar with me, I like to pun my name under everything. JonYaBoii + Marathon = JonYa-Thon hehe 😉) Here's how this marathon will go like :
I'll be posting new audios every week for the month of November! 3 per week to be exact! Mostly all of them will be original content on my channel. Some will be scripted, some will be improv. Although, to help me ease out the work, I'll probably look into my backlog of my scripts or from reddit. So I can't guarantee that they will all be original to my channel, but I'll try my best!
As for the main reason I'm doing this in the first place, I need money 💰. The emotes won't be free. I'm expecting to spent a couple hundred $ USD for my emote rebranding. So, to alleviate the gap on my wallet, I'll be setting up a way for you guys to help me fund my commission! Of course, it will be completely optionnal. Nothing will force you to donate to have access to this content. If you are feeling generous, you are welcome to donate a few dollars to me! I repeat, COMPLETELY OPTIONNAL ‼️‼️ Just know that this money donated will NOT be refundable.
INCENTIVES! For those who are not familiar with marathons, incentives are basically little things that I'll be doing/giving out to the donators if they give a certain amount or we reach a goal... I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH THESE. I have some ideas, such as a little thank you in video/audio form, custom SFW personal audio, opening up a discord server, etc. You guys have some ideas that you would like to see maybe? 😅
Anyway, that's is it for the announcement! One last thing I want to share. It will be the first time I'll be working on this kind of stuff. So, bear with me if it's not perfect. Just know that I'll be doing my best for this to go smoothly teehee!
