Coming from a purely monetary standpoint, make the stream highlight videos! Even if they only make a couple extra quid thats still good. Coming from a fan standpoint, im mostly just here for DBSA but i have popped into a stream once or twice and they seem interesting. if you make the highlight comps ill probably give them a watch

First I‘d love highlight videos. And Second I‘ve seen a few Channels stream on a new streaming Channel simultaniously for a few months to promote the new Channel without losing the viewers on the old Channel. Maybe that could work for you too.

REGARDING LIVESTREAMS, I apologize if the notifications are annoying! Unfortunately, I don't think Youtube has an option for viewers to only get video notifications. I could stream from a streaming channel, but the streams have actually become my best source of income which wouldn't be possible on a fresh channel for quite a while. They are the reason I can keep making DBSA without getting a "real job" and losing all the time I can spend on production.
If you want my advice, stop by and chat during one of them to give them a chance! I can be a bit sarcastic, but I'm always happy to see new faces! If you end up enjoying them, the notifications can be a source of joy instead of irritation.
Since I like polls, here's one. Would you like to see livestream highlight compilations? I feel like they'd be good advertisement for the streams. More money = better episodes, after all.
