You can train yourself to be either! I've tried both and I sleep and feel better as an early bird!

Neither. I sleep when I’m tired and get up when I’m done. That can be from 7pm or 11pm. Once I stopped trying to force myself into a pattern and listened to what my body was telling me, I started to get decent sleep. People should try and tune in to themselves better.

I used to be an early bird when I was in my working years, but with a chronic illness and retirement, I suffer from insomnia now so I guess I’m a night owl♥️

Be unpredictable. I like staying up for multiple days.

I can swing it around when needed. It wants to move with the seasons and hormonal cycles so no big deal.

7:30am Sunday morning and already awake for an hour, guess I’m a morning person!
