This is a 30-minute intermediate full body vinyasa flow yoga class for strength and flexibility. I recommend this for intermediate and strong beginner yogis because there is minimal instruction in some of the common yoga poses. We move and stretch the whole body for better strength, flexibility, and balance. We start in standing in Mountain pose and end with a few minutes of Savasana before we close the practice together. No music.
