They are durable in slightly different ways. Thor can be cut and can get a conventional haircut, Superman can't. Yet Thor can take a bomb that destroys a fifth of the universe and his body shows no injury (even though this kills him). Thor can have his heart removed and still fight for days with no amps Superman...
