Deadshot uses a gun. Green Arrow and Hawkeye use a bow. These are weapons designed for accuracy. Bullseye throws things and has made kill shots using things that aren't aerodynamic or should even be able to kill another human being.

Bullseye could literally use anything as a weapon. When his tooth was loose, he removed it with his tongue and spat it out like a blow dart. He’s crazy good and just plain crazy.

Deadshot has great aim when it comes to guns, Green arrow and Hawkeye have good aim with Bows, but Bullseye has good aim and accuracy with anything. He can use anything with unbelievable accuracy. I heard that in a comic he killed someone through a window with a dang paper airplane!!! a freaking paper airplane. There are many other heroes with good respectfully aim, these four have greater aim, but Bullseye has PERFECT aim!!!

I feel like people don’t understand Hawkeyes name is literal. It’s not the bow and arrow he’s talented with, it’s his extremely great eyesight and predictions. He can do what Bullseye does without a doubt, he just wouldn’t because he’s not a psycho
