Yes, but only because (speaking in gaming terms) Zoro is mostly single target dps and Marco has an extreme amount of utility for his team in his kit.

I'm not gonna lie this is a tough one in my opinion. I'm basing it off the fact that Marco has so many ways to fight against zoro that I think he could win. But zoro is for sure stronger he has coc enma etc

Definitely Marco. He freaking stopped admirals and vice captains of kaido. However we all know that the story revolves around straw hats. I'm sure that the big three will be much stronger in the future.

Marco could fly, that severely limits how much damage zoro can deal to him and can allow for Marco to get as much extra time to attack as he needs, not only that but tiring Marco out with him being a zoan (and a broken one) doesn’t seem as likely as Marco stalling zoro into infinity.

If he had two emperors shook he could but Marco has got some crazy regeneration and speed it would have to be a lucky one shot at this point in the story

Zoro could “beat” Marco for sure but I do not think he could kill Marco. I am saying he could win a battle against Marco but not a war.

King's main problem for Zoro was the speed mode and durability mode. Zoro still had enough damage output to defeat King in those modes. -> Marco lost all his stamina fighting 2 guys with less damage output than Zoro. -> Zoro started his battle already on the verge of death. -> Zoro now not on the verge of Death (all stats will he higher), and his blades probably respect him even more now (even more damage output). This all means... Marco, if not getting 1 shot by Zoro before he can even regenerate (Even Kaido had to dodge for the first time probably in his life), he will lose all his stamina much much much MUUUUCH faster
