PSA: Shenhe isn’t really bad for Skirk. Skirk’s best “rotation” is an alternating 30 second rotation where you use her Skill enhanced normals followed by her hold skill + damage burst and repeat. In this rotation, you’re getting 2 Shenhe skills (one tap, one hold), which is getting you 12 quills for this 30 second rotation, or 1 quill every 2.5 seconds. Ayaka, who is considered as perfect with Shenhe, gets 1 quill every 2 seconds. Granted, you aren’t getting Shenhe’s burst buffs for Skirk’s damage burst, but it’s really not that bad. That being said, don’t pull for Shenhe unless you really like her. She has very low account value.
