My thoughts on generative AI are that it stops the content from being real. It becomes fake, like plastic, if you will. If, let's say, it's used to make music, as an example. The music is so processed, because it's being made by supercomputers, that it feels and sounds fake and overproduced, which it is. Which frankly doesn't make it enjoyable to listen to. But that's just my opinion. Congrats to the fan of the week!

I don't like AI. It's funny when it's used for like, a markiplier cover of a song or whatever but it's use in image generation and it's ever growing presence in websites and apps sickens me. There needs to be a push back of some sort or eventually, worst case scenario, humans completely stop being able to think for themselves. We're basically already there with how many people use grok or chatgpt to summarize essays or explain a video that they're too lazy to watch themselves

I think AI art should be used as a tool. Like, if you have a bad case of art block, just spit balling ideas in and get your brain working again. However, people shouldn't be using it to "make their own art" cause you're not actually MAKING anything
