You gotta try cuttin like a chicken cutlet. Cook the same way. When I butcher and package meat I’ve been leaving big clean chunk. They say they freeze better like that. We had good luck. Gave her a backstrap to cut thin. Omg. Sent me into orbit lol 😂

Try slow boiling for 2 hrs with potato slices and mushrooms... then add cinnamon, tomatoes , salt and pepper. Before serving add onion, lemon, and cilantro.
