You were about the shape I am now, which is not overweight but too round, and no muscle... I am willing to try your exercises but I am also concerned about my flabby cheeks. Do you think it could help? Or do you have another tip for that problem? Many thanks!

Definitely not overweight on the before pic. Just s case of pulling in the tummy, rest looks the same as after.

Hi pretra can I do the burn workout 15 minutes followed by the arm exercise 10 minutes every day can you mix and match the exercise i got a flabby tummy and arms is it OK to do them both together
