Okk, just a random thought I had: Respect is a mandatory human right, honor is what's earned. Respect is being kind because they're a human. Honor is respect but a higher level, a salute if I may. Sorry for going all "fancy" With my words, but it's true! So the next time someone says "respect is earned, not given for free," You now know that is an absolute lie! I randomly thought this up because of the whole "you should respect X pronouns!" "If they cheat again then they don't respect your love or forgiveness" And "respect is earned" Things Really made me think about the meanings..
