My 1524 conked out this past May. Initially, Laguna was very responsive and sent out a new part right away. But that didn’t fix it and it took two more weeks of almost zero response from Laguna before communication started again. The second time they were way better and sent another part (a simple fuse) that finally got me running again. They also apologized for dropping the ball. Hopefully you’ll be running again soon

I have had problems with my indexing system. Customer service was less than helpful. Hopefully you don't have similar issue if you have to reach out to them.
