I found your seated videos while I have been recovering from Achilles repair surgery. I found I really enjoy the seated dumbbell videos so much. I have lost over 69 pounds by doing these cideos and walking when my pain level is low enough, and also riding a stationary bike. Thank you for creating these videos. I also enjoyed watching your kitties.

Hi Lara. I absolutely love your workouts. Please create more. I found you whilst I was recovering from a bad knee injury and you have now become part of my everyday life. You've changed my outlook on exercise and you have helped me get into shape and get my strength back - thank you. I love workouts that are about 30 to 45 mins in length - ones that include a warm-up and cool-down. I love strength workouts with weights and I also love the high cardio low impact workouts. It would be amazing if you could do a hip workout and more leg weight workouts. Please keep up the good work.

I will watch them all! I found you after a total hysterectomy, and you helped my recovery 4 years ago. Then last year I had to have knee surgery and again you were and have been there for me. So thank you, from the bottom of my ❤!

I love that pose, Mittens is a star! I will definitely watch any new videos you post, and as they'll all be seated I should be able to join in with all those that just deal with upper body. You may not be posting as much now but you're still an hourly part of my day as I do my workout. I feel so much better since I started your workouts and can't believe I've progressed from using 1.5 kg weights to up to 6kg now (sorry, it seems we can only buy kg weights in the UK - I have to keep asking Alexa to translate them into pounds for me!) . I wouldn't have been able to do that without you and I can't thank you enough xxx

Hi Lara. I don't really mind if you are only making seated workouts from now on. I can modify them and make them a standing workout when I feel like it or want to. Same goes for scheduling workouts and posting them. I am happy whenever you post really. :) Super delighted if you post actually. :) But it is up to you - do what feels manageabke with family, work and other commitments and please do not stress over it. Everything is fine ❤

Hello gosimpli friends! I miss you all so very much, however, with my new schedule, this is exactly how I feel by the end of my days 😴 (That's our kitty Mittens, she LOVES to relax by the fire!) With that being said, I miss creating new videos for you...way more than I thought I would! After some soul searching and adjusting my expectations , I believe that I can continue to create new videos...BUT...they will be all seated workouts. Still lots of variety with upper body, lower body, weights, cardio, mobility etc. just in a seated format. Give me a thumbs up 👍 and write a comment below to let me know if you will still do/watch/share these workouts with me 💛
